Sigh. That's NOT how it ever works, except in Hollywood Movies.
The big guns are the last to be indicted. You start with the small fry, and work your way up. You flip the little guys, leverage them, get more and more on the bigger guys, and work up the chain.
Hillary will be one of the last, not the first, imo. Or at least, the ball will be substantially rolling by that time.
