After researching the theory behind Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and not being able to find any opposing views on the subject through Google search I've made up my mind that it is actually very divisive, promotes segregation and communism. Is there any good to it whatsoever? Comments or Discussion welcome.

You are correct.
God only meant us to be tribal when humans were first put on earth to survive.
Tribalism doesn’t really promote growth since it’s a survival mechanism.
The Cabal wants everyone to act like we are still in the jungle. Therefore we cannot grow as people.
So yes.. it’s an evil platform to get people to fight against each other.
For sure, but you probably don't realize how insidious it truly is. Check out these three well-done lectures by James Lindsey. They're long, but I've watched them all and am taking notes my third time through. My motivation is the DEI push at work. I stood up to the covid mandates, and plan on doing the same with this communist takeover.
Lecture #1
Things that are naturally diverse aren’t inherently bad, I see what you’re saying though. It’s their metaphorical wedge to drive between groups that could otherwise help each other reach a common goal.
Yea it's Luciferian in roots, ridden with hatred and theft and lies, wrapped up in a mask of compassion and justice. Those who fall for its bittersweet lies hide this evil even from themselves.
