I've used E-verify. It's been a while but back then it wasn't very user friendly. It also did not verify 100% American born citizens from time to time. It was a week long process to get them verified through an appeal. You can miss out on good talent this way. Not to mention all the time we had to spend on the phone, not getting any work done.
