Every illegal should get a picture taken, fingerprint, blood sample and rubber ID bracelet upon entry. They should be assigned to a certain locale of the country and need to check in via computer fingerprint weekly at a police station, library or county building. If the check in is missed even once in 6 months at their appointed place, they are subject to deportation. They must appear in person monthly for limited food coupons.
