WV says 2020Election stolen, yet nothing but Crickets. Why????

I read on this site that WV. Secretary Of State has said that the 2020 election was stolen. IF he said that should he/she not move to declare the election invalid in WV. If that happens wouldn't the whole election get thrown into the SCOTUS???? It sounds Momentous yet crickets every where. just asking.
