I’ve lived here in San Diego for 45 years and I can’t believe what has happened the past 5 years ! Behind the sports arena is a huge tent City ! There are RV’s and cars that litterally look like they haven’t been operable in 20 years , some are litterally up on blocks . There are tarps running from one RV to another with living spaces under the tarps, furnished with outdoor furniture, some even have clothes lines with clothes drying in the sun . The wealthy ( if you will) side of the tent city has bbq’s set up with lawn chairs, ice chest and people kicking back as if it’s a vacation camp site.. it is more than I can believe, there are hundreds of people living there ! That is just one area !
