We’re exploring the possibility of issuing a digital form of the Canadian dollar, also known as a central bank digital currency (CBDC).

I know it looks like that.

The pertinent questions are at the very end of the poll. Things like (paraphrasing) "How much trust do you have in the Bank of Canada", where you can answer "none", and "Will you ever use Digital Currency", where you can answer "never". There's about half a dozen of them.
