I saw another anon called this yesterday. title 42 ending is NOT good for the cartels so xiden comes in last minute to look like he's saving the day but in reality just another smoke and mirrors move from the pedo regime

Cartels make big $$ smuggling these folks so if title 42 gets lifted I imagine that's not good for their business
