The US education system is bad because most Americans use it as nothing more than free child care. Most Americans spends a dozen years and hundreds of thousands tax payer dollars to work cash registers and mop floors.

There wasn't a public school system when America was founded, and our Founding Fathers were some of the most intelligent people ever.

We should go back to old times where kids worked as apprentices and learned trades. And if you want you can homeschool them or hire private tutors.
