Her lawyer says they filed their lawsuit at midnight on opening day of the 1 year timeframe...

So she’s not only being funded by a Democrat activist billionaire to smear Trump in court, but also to change state laws to specifically allow her to attack Trump right before the 2024 election?...

Even a liberal New York jury didn’t agree she was raped by Trump...

Between the phony indictment and this civil lawsuit, it’s clear New York Democrats are moving hell and earth to politically attack Trump...

You cant just take a statue of limitations and extend it. Even if you could it would only be for those crimes committed from that day forward. You cannot make a new law and go back retroactive.
