Please, I beg of you...forgive my utter ignorance. Is Masterson charged with rape or is another Scientologist charged with raping him? I'm not familiar with case. Thanks for your consideration.

He's accused of raping three women. The first trial, the jury was deadlocked. They are now retrying the case.
