JUST a hypothesis, but not too far out given the known levels of corruption in Ukraine , USA and SA. US weapons (supposedly for Ukraine) were laundered via corrupt factions in SA, knowingly by the cabal. White hats were tracking and they have now been confiscated by Russia. As SA is also part of BRICS this is my best guess. AND on the bright side the US is thankfully no longer able to punish anyone.Look to Russia and China.
