Why are Covid 19 vaccines still listed under emergency use?

The emergency has ended, FDA still has vaccines listed under EUA:

Because they can't be approved by the FDA for vaccines by this point due to all of the adverse effects. You see when the media refers to them as vaccines they are incorrect. That term is not used until the FDA approved. I believe that's why the mandates failed in court. It means it's still experimental.
I don't see how it could ever be called a vaccine when they want follow-ups that were always referred to as flu shots in the past.
