Treason

Out of curiosity, can you explain why repealing this “act” of congress then grants them immunity from United States code. That act was repealed, there was nothing granted to them that stated they could operate as domestic terrorists to begin with, so how cold they possibly default back to their alleged “lawful” conduct of domestic terrorists who give aid and comfort to our enemies?
