My first thought is why even allow them all into the U.S. so they can scatter, just to go round them all up?

If they were really going to do anything about this invasion, they wouldn't have allowed them in the U.S. to begin with.

Unless this is all to justify the relevancy of certain 3 letter agencies to increase their funding. And I wouldnt put it past them. They do it all the time.
