I think it happens multilaterally. Some are groomed from early life within family ties to The Network eg offspring and extended family of deep staters, eugenicists, elites, NWOtards, SeeAyeAyy, commies, government, radicals, usurpers, traitors etc. Others are later recruited to the cause and selected for relevant traits and psychometrics from within the government-led fascist civic infrastructure eg police, law, politics, military, penal institutions, banking, universities, doctors, nurses, teachers, regulators etc. Then the corporatist dimension where turds float to the top in all the “Big” industries - food, pharma, education, energy, farming, finance, media, tech, charity etc - on the strength of their blind eye, self delusion and susceptibility to cultist indoctrination. Then the long march through the institutions, from Ivy League to Hollywood to NGOs to WHO to UN, WEF, CFR to all the usual shady suspects. And finally the ready-made out of the box faithful, immersed in a lifetime of indoctrination and glamorisation so much that for them it’s a noble cause, they truly believe in the mission. It’s both an open conspiracy and a big club, and it’s bigger, deeper, darker and older than anyone can imagine.
