Bidens brother owned land in the US virgin Islands (The so-called "Last Virgin" WATER ISLAND) which was US DOD operated as a chemical weapons test location in the past, it has submarine docking facilities from that time. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_Island,_U.S._Virgin_Islands) and yes there are other islands nearby including Great St James and little St James. Famously owned by Epstein.
