Potassium chloride in high enough concentrations is bad and stop the heart as others have said. Conversely if you have too little it can cause irregular heart beats.
I tried a low sodium/potassium food intake once and the results were not good! My heart went back to normal with proper potassium to balance sodium and magnesium.
Also as others have said potassium is very, very soluble in aqueous solution so the use in a "vaxx" isn't surprising. What I am interested in is why they would do that and what are the concentrations of the potassium chloride.
