Since this documentation tactic was exposed in 2018, and everyone is aware of it, perhaps Durham is highlighting how swamp creatures sidestep FOIA land mines as comms to them that additional crime has been discovered and is about to drop.

Or is this just optics? Mind game? A message? Or another redpill to wake people up? If it’s a redpill alone, I’m struggling to support the idea since the average citizen does not know or care about the Freedom of Information Act.
