Facts are incorrect. There are 11 combatant commands.

Charles Flynn is not a combatant commander. Wouldn't make sense to appoint an Army general over the Pacific. The resident, if you will, appointed him over Army forces in the Pacific. Indo-Pacific Command is lead by an admiral.
