They seem rather calm about this. I feel like if this were a cartoon, someone would light the line of ammonium nitrate on one end with the intention of blowing up the other end.
If there was a leak, it would have been a pretty good leak to lose 6 million pounds of an explosive. So the fact that the car appeared still sealed makes me think it was offloaded somewhere by someone.
