In the original Wizard of OZ the ruby slippers were Silver. Perhaps the strange allusion is actually referring to the rigging of the global silver markets and subsequent suppression of the price of silver. The exposure of the hyper hypothecation of silver contracts could create quite a tsunami in the precious metals market and upset a lot of Ruby NWO apple carts. Thoughts?
