I think you’re right about sacrificing corporations. But, I think it’s about trying to desperately prop up the illusion that the majority of people support the globalist vision for the world. All it really accomplishes is further revealing conservative minded people are actually the majority.

Bud Light’s free fall shows clearly that conservative people are the vast majority of the population. As Bud Light withered under the conservative backlash there was no corresponding flood of consumers on the left pouring into offset the losses. That didn’t happen because there aren’t enough of these leftist virtue signalers to make a difference.
