Probably isn’t as hard as it sounds.
Most Companies I’ve worked at don’t really encourage their low level staff to make a habit of questioning directions and decisions of higher level staff. I can only assume it’s not unusual as far as policy goes.
So a Manager telling a few of the low level employees to unhook a car from a train for (Insert generic BS reason) or hook said car onto a completely separate train. Or even just not fill the car entirely. Probably wouldn’t have raised many eyebrows for the staff.
Just another random request from the higher ups that makes sense to no one but the bosses.
