They are under investigation for their corporate arm and investing tax free tithing into billions in real estate-- that mall in SLC, farmland in FL. They say the upper clergy aren't paid, yet they receive annual stipends upward of $150k plus... I don't have time to type out the financial part-- don't forget about the LDS Adoption services, they are out of business now. I recall the Utah high ranking clergy baptizing Ted Bundy...Hoffman letters-- Best resource is their own website, LDS.org
