Vets issue urgent warning over virus spike that kills 90% of dogs

New York health officials released an alert which said the Animal Care Centers (ACC) had diagnosed 14 dogs, with the majority in puppies and younger dogs in Bronx and Manhattan facilities.

You can pretty much take anything that NEW YORK officials say, and throw it right out the fucking window. One of the most corrupt places in the country outside of D.C.
