Do you mind answering my questions from 4 months ago?
I appreciate it
My situation is not typical. I actually work for the Corporation in the form of Gov agency. My wages fall in a catagory that to be taxed. This is one of the reasons I am still researching and weighing the effort to reward ratio. My wife is a citizen but foreign born and I am still figuring out if she has a path to state nationality. I don’t think she does but I have heard rumors of such people pulling it off. Becoming a state national is attractive to me for other reasons though. Like putting my kids “person” under patent and trademark so they cannot be taken from me under the doctrine of Parens Patrie (FYI, the state owns your kids not you). Also, state nationals are out of local police jurisdiction and do. It have to follow corporate policy laws such as traffic laws and such. SNs live under common law. An SN can cancel their driver’s license and car registration as well. The cherry on top is how you can charge the court and put liens on officers and judges and actually make money off of wrongfully being taken into court.
There are many financial benefits as well. Once you learn how to access your Cesta Quie Vie trust you can start crediting bills on it. The rabbit hole goes way deep.
I am not simply talking out my ass regurgitating bs from the internet. I have connected with real life SNs in person and seen there documents and discussed their experiences. It is a real thing but requires a lot of energy on your part to learn and maintain. It’s not for everyone but those that succeed truly do operate outside the system with rights that are unheard of to most if not all “citizens”. They truly are kings in their own right and can put the Gov to heel when needed. It’s all about knowing the jurisdictions and using their own trust law tactics against them.
The people that you've talked to who've done this, would they be willing to share their experiences and issues? Down sides? What about bank loans, mortgages, credit cards? I've watched videos of people trying to get out of traffic tickets via declaration of sovereignty but it doesn't turn out well for them. Irs has deep pockets, I'm assuming it'll be a lifetime of fighting them?
It’s not as simple as just making a declaration. I advise you on taking the responsibility of learning into your own hands and not relying on someone else to answer your questions until you are more aware of what you know and don’t know. This is not something anyone is going to hold your hand through. Not without getting paid to do so and frankly, not even then most likely. Although when you are ready there are people that will help in a limited for pay. As you can imagine these people are few and there is simply not enough time in the day or energy in their minds to help every little thumb sucking child in the state national movement. No offense, just being illustrative.
If you want I learn more about the ways being a state national benefits you and get an introduction to the ideas behind it I suggest you listen to this 8 part series: https://rumble.com/vzm5ip-out-of-babylon-with-david-straight-part-1.html (more theory related I guess you could say)
If or when you want to know more about the actual steps to take (application of theory) that involve becoming a state national then sign up for this guys free course. He gets straight to the mechanics of it all: https://onestupidfuck.com/ (Don’t judge this book by its cover! He has his own immature and crass style but delivers the goods with USC and UCC citations and all). I’m recommend skipping the first video he sends you as it’s mostly just jabbering about fighting through your cognitive dissonance and not freaking out when he reveals the reality of the amount of control over yourself that you’ve given away. The meat of the matter starts in video #2. Godspeed fren.
Also, this book is a great introduction and guide: Fruit from the Poisonous Tree, by Melvin Stamper.
Thanks appreciate you responding
