Important to note that it doesn't mean all of the ballots were fake -- what it does mean is that a massive chunk were not properly verified and all of the custodial issues involved on that front should mean all of those ballots invalidated.. and since invalidating those ballots would mean a potential disenfranchisement issue, the solution is to hold an entirely new election with new workers in which Hobbes has no involvement.
