I don't care about marijuana and people can smoke it, I literally do not care.

The dog was lunging at him and anyone in that position would've done the same thing. You're a liar if you say otherwise.

The dog was actually chained up behind a fence.

Then, armed men opened the gate and entered the enclosure.

If armed men entered your house, cop or no, you have a legal right to shoot them.

The lunging dog is no different.
