Global warming set to break key 1.5C limit for first time

The world is likely to hit 1.5C of warming within the next five years because of rising carbon emissions.

My weather widget had that two days running. Then it was "This may be the coolest summer since 2017" (which was 'the warmest year on record' in Phoenix). Today it's "updated drought conditions." Our drought has apparently moved to Oklahoma. I think they make up stuff daily, hoping to get something right eventually.
