Global warming set to break key 1.5C limit for first time

The world is likely to hit 1.5C of warming within the next five years because of rising carbon emissions.

I recently saw a graph showing the temp by year since we started recording it. Turns out the recording start coincides with a global minimum period. We are just starting to go out of the minimum period so see a rise is NORMAL. We are just looking at a very short increment of time, globally speaking.
