Their board of directors is headed by a 'colored people' named Leon Russell, who lives in Tampa FL. Apparently all the others are supposed to live in Chicago, Atlanta, etc while Mr Mansion and Yacht enjoy the find courses, palm trees, ocean breeze, and underage entertainment or something.
