I don’t think so. Idk how they’d have the power, if it’s not law and therefore not enforceable. But I’m just keeping all components in mind before downing the hopium.
So far it’s still a resolution that both chambers have passed but the governor, Hobbs, has yet to sign it into law (which she probably isn’t).
