Well, that was... Interesting. Kind of a stream-of-consciousness overview of "lots of cabal stuff". Still, I couldn't really see how he's claiming, as per his title, that the G7-cabalites are necessarily "capitulating" or want to do so. Yes, the world is fighting back and has been chipping away at their finances and control structure, all the while that the Great Awakening is exposing them to greater numbers of people. Their existence relies on keeping the brainwashed under their spell so they're losing their grip from that perspective. And, while I have my own ideas about the actual state of the cabal, any DS players remaining - including the millions destined for FEMA camps or GITMO - would rather burn the world to ashes than "capitulate". MHO.

Also, this is not for newbies as, without a grounding in the myriad of current issues worldwide, this would probably come off as the rantings of a lunatic. The newbies have been largely kept in the dark. Still, it's easy to read, worth spending a little time on.
