(Loss, not lack). I'm non-military so I don't know if this is common. I just noticed two very recent firings due to loss of confidence. WH? BH? Usual business or is something going on? Maybe our vets and active military can weigh in.

It can be either. Complaints of mishandling reports, mistreatment, etc are directed by Seniors to be investigated and can cause it. Like the Officers that got fired for not getting shots it could be insubordination
