No and Yes. Semi containers generally hold 44,000 lbs or less to be able to operate ion the roads. However certain containers can carry more than 60,000 lbs.

The trucks that carry over 60,000 lbs likely have two trailers attached to them.
Most likely it could. Most 53 ft trailers can take 65k of payload.
More so of someone doesnt care about staying legal in regards to GVW laws.
