There seem to be many commercials seeking for old folks to call their Medicare hotlines to see if they can get grocery and utilities benefits. Poverty is now a health concern?

Boy, I have a boatload of questions about this. Like, like:

Did Congress authorize this expansion of benefits? If so, when?
Is this what the people want? UBI from CMS?
Who audits these programs?
Have the UBI globalistss already implemented their path forward through the healthcare/insurance industries?
