Why do we grow? So that we can pass on a better life for our children?
What she's saying is that Europe needs to voluntarily destroy itself.
Notice how she's not demanding that the countries with the highest growth rates depopulate. She's coming to the countries with the world's lowest growth rates.
These people need to lead by example or be Robespierre'd into living by their own proposals.
