Is “Ice Cream” comms for something as far as anyone here is aware? There were numerous news stories about Obama and Biden including the one recently where Joe made comments on a serious occasion and said something like “the only reason I’m here is because I heard there’s ice cream.” The thing with Nancy Pelosi bragging about her freezer full of ice cream during the Covid lockdown. Now I just saw something about Jimmy doing great in hospice “visiting with friends and enjoying ice cream.” Seems weird.

Interesting thought. But remember, not all comm is meant for us.
I'm curious to know how long "coded" messages have been called comms? Could this use date back to WWII?
This goes back WAY farther. You can reference the recent Enola Holmes movie as a good illustration, where royalty used flowers and other obscure methods (capitalized letters for example) to pass messages in plain sight. This is well documented in history. I wouldn't be surprised if it went all the way back to Egyptian times... but certainly goes back to Kings/Queens of old.
