I've seen it as well, or at least an early prototype. It was the summer of 1979 no less.

I didn't see any cloaking activity, however it could move extremely rapidly and could hover. It also was totally silent.

The 64K question is, what are they being used for?

I saw it in 2020 when I was on mandatory furlough over COVID. I can confirm that it does have some sort of cloaking technology. Absolutely altered my thinking. They're hiding a lot of tech from us.
