This has been my question since I learned of this theory. It finally clicked for me in this video. The president has two jobs. 1. President. 2. Commander in Chief. CRAP!!! In my Fisher price mind I cant find the words to write what I am thinking!!! The "Old Guard" DOES NOT MAKE MISTAKES!!! PERIOD!!! Funeral ceremony for the presidency, Inauguration ceremony for the Commander In Chief. GEOTUS is not the President, BUT, he IS still Commander In Chief. I never could comprehend how GEOTUS was still president. The constitution will not allow it. But I comprehend how he is still Commander In Chief. I hope someone understands my ramblings.
