It's basically as simple as:

Provocation != Attacking First

But lefties for some reason don't grasp that.

If Russia were to build nuke sites in Ciudad Juarez, Tiajuana, Vancouver, and Toronto, would the US attacking Russia first be unprovoked?

Of course not, but I don't have to tell you guys that.
