She can say that "she doesn't believe it will happen." Because she believes they will do the same thing in 2024 that they did in 2020. More states need to take election integrity seriously next election because so far I don't see a scenario were she is wrong about that. So far, these battleground states haven't made any significant changes to secure their elections.
