The one trait most of these sleepers share is they are basically boring clones of the Establishment. People like Mike Pence, Mark Esper, and Ron DeSantis. They are boring and predictable.

Unlike professional wrestlers, these people don’t know they have been chosen to take a fall. This is why their performances are believable, the role they are playing, is playing their real self.
