Excess deaths are off the charts in UK & Canada (and the "experts" are all "stumped")

These two pieces go into detail on the grim demographic trend in Canada and Britain. (We need similar analyses of the trend in NZ and Australia, since the "Five Eyes" seem to be especially hard hit)

What would be a term for having a conclusion from a set of facts, and then having the exact opposite conclusion about the same facts a year later?
