Pretty much linked everything together. Are you suggesting the IRS guns are for the Chinese coming across the border? Regarding ammonium nitrate, it's a poor choice for weapon-grade explosives for these Chinese with IRS ammo. Please don't bring up OKC because ammonium nitrate wasn't responsible for the Murray building collapse. Instead, it was used as a cover-up. Why not have the CIA or the DoD just give these Chinese military-aged immigrants military grade explosives instead? If there's an event, how would satellite phones help senators? What about cell phones? What happened to the capital building fire alarms and emergency sirens? Wouldn't they be a better warning broadcast system?
