Somehow I wish that we could allow shop owners to know they are losing business by supporting pride month. Honestly, the best thing that could happen is if everyone went out and got dinosaur stickers and we all went around slapping them on storefronts, doors and signs to let owners know that “rather than shopping here, we chose to move on.” Here, have a dinosaur. They went extinct. You can too.
If a store owner realized he is spending June 30th, razorblading 30 (or 60 or 100) dinosaur stickers off of their window; then they might think twice about being all “loud and proud”.
It make sense to me to boycott their stores and businesses, but honestly they need to be shown why their bottom dollar is dipping. They need to know there is a whole mass of paying customers that chose to walk on, rather than to spend our money in their shop.
I don’t care if it is a dinosaur sticker, or a boycott sticker or a “life” sticker, but somehow they have to be shown, we aren’t eating, what they are trying to feed us.
