Really? An atheist? That's pretty harsh weird after what i already said. Well you really don't know me i guess.....I did just literally tell you the truth about God. Maybe you are a small g god kinda person after all.... but you did tell me you weren't so ill give you the benefit of the doubt.
What about what i said sound atheistic? I never said awareness and faith are separate. I actual just defined faith basically the same way you just did and really that was the same point i was trying to make the whole time (that they are two sides to the same coin). I just want to make a distinction between saying "You know there is a lot of gold under the ground that we stand on" which is a true statement and "I can tell you exactly where the gold buried Beneath you is" which is a true statement if you know where it is. But you actually have to know where it is. not just "have faith" by the sense that most people define the word faith.
If you say "well if you don't find the gold it doesn't really because Gods in control" that's literally nihilism (which is a major atheistic belief system)
I'm not trying to have a philosophical discussion just trying to shine a light on the truth
you're tragically ignoring the mechanics of how faith works. 'God is in control' is atheism? lol im done.
Actually. you are the one who low key tried to call me an atheist after I had said God is completely in control of everything. I thought you also agree that God is control of everything? It's obviously the only biblically accurate and logical view. I said Nihilism is an atheistic belief system, which it is. If you try and say the difference between two things doesn't matter, as I had pointed out in my examples from earlier, then that is literally agreeing with the philosophies of Nihilism. Did you even completely read my replies?
Why are you attacking me while continuing to not address my questions, and why are you putting words in my mouth?
Please explain how you perceive I am "tragically ignoring the mechanics of how faith works". How does faith even work in your mind? I know how it works because I know God is in control. It's obvious. If you align your will with God's will, you can tell a mountain to move into the sea and it will.
I'm just asking simple questions that you continue to not address. I address everything you ask me about....if we're brothers in Christ, why do you not treat me the same way? I'll keep you in my prayers regardless.
Here is another example. Please address this example for me, or any of the other examples I used previously.
If the Q team decided to instead of gathering intel secretively for decades and decades, instead of bringing together the best minds in the world to formulate a plan to defeat the cabal, instead of using advanced tech and organization to make all these Q proofs come together perfectly.... If they instead of doing all that just said "Well, God is in control. Hopefully God will just speak to the hearts of the satanic pedo Cabal, and they will all repent and turn everything around."
If that's what the Q team had done instead of the current plan, where would we and our world be today?
"Hopefully"? That is not faith.
Do you think the Q team was scrambling for solutions while hoping?
Or were they simply playing their parts, like we all are, as gracefully arranged by God?
I never implied a lack of action, or a lack of awareness. But when you understand the mechanics of faith, you can make things much easier for yourself. Belief is a choice. Learn to flex your beliefs like a muscle. Your beliefs will directly inform your emotions, which will directly affect your thoughts, which will affect your actions. Yes use your mental abilities, but most people force the mind to do more jobs than it was intended for. Using belief and faith properly allows the mind to do its job and much more effectively dictate your actions. Through the Grace of God, instead of your own mental capacities alone.
Alright, well i mean to say "if its Gods will". Not "hopefully". its just an example but you really want to distract from the point don't you? and I'm glad that you've stopped playing coy to a degree but you don't want to give me a straight answer. you always digress into how there is some mystical subtlety that I'm not grasping (which isn't true) instead of actually answering the question. I agree with everything you just said completely but do you really get my point?
There is a common thread here that i've been trying to address from the beginning.
i'm talking about anti intellectual or lazy Christians who answer to any question that is an opportunity to build critical thinking skills with just: "Trust God it will be fine" is not healthy for this site. And I'm not talking about when someone needs encouragement because they are burnt out or just need a reminder. Its just that I see it constantly being used as a major crutch by them to stifle any real analysis and explanation of a situation.
