What a stupid thing to say. His mouth has become his greatest enemy. To think of killing innocent soldiers is un-Godly enough, but to utter those words in public is inexcusable and outright evil.

Of course, the Russians would respond as they did. Lindsey Graham has now put himself in the cross-hairs of 150 million Russians worldwide. May God save his soul.
