It’s wrong. The primary colors are red, yellow, and blue. Whoever made this chart…oof.

It's not wrong, that's how the RGB color scale works. See also the CMY and CMYK color scales.

I know the cyan, yellow, and magenta is for most printers nowadays. But red + green = brown. I discovered this in kindergarten around Christmas time.
